Deliveries

All purchases made will be delivered to you by the carrier or picked up at the store, according to the customer's instructions and after confirmation of the availability of the same.

You can follow the status of your order through the website https://dpd.pt/track-and-trace and check the status of your order.

When making a purchase at our store and if the product is in stock, the delivery procedure selected by the customer will be made.

Shipments are usually made two days after confirmation of payment, unless stock is out of stock, in which case the customer will be notified, and are usually delivered by our carrier:

• The next day in mainland Portugal;
• Islands on request;
• Spain / France two working days;
• Other European countries up to eight working days;
• Other countries, on request
